SPRING QUARTER Textbook Return Refund Policy

  • No hassle returns through the second Friday (APRIL 10 2026) of the quarter.
  • No returns on opened bundles.
  • Must have original receipt for any returns. Items must be in original condition.

 

eBook Refund Policy - VitalSource

Online Purchases: Students can return an eBook following the same return policy as textbooks. VitalSource eBooks are not eligible for a refund if more than 10% of the product has been viewed and/or if any page(s) of the product has been printed.

VitalSource access codes and all other courseware cannot be refunded if revealed on VitalSource platform.

All VitalSource refunds must occur within 14 days of purchase.


The policy for VitalSource eBooks refunds will follow the same policy as textbooks and bundles purchases that can be found up above.

Access Code Refund Policy

If you purchase an access code ensure the code is correct for the course before ordering. Access codes that have been revealed are not eligible for returns.

General Merchandise Refund Policy

  • General merchandise items such as clothing and supplies can be returned for a refund or exchanged within two weeks of purchase.
  • Original cash register receipt is required, and the item(s) must be in original, unused condition. All original packaging must be intact.
