We can ship orders to other countries outside of the United States. During the checkout process select "International", and we will reach out with a shipping quote after we have the order in our system. Depending on the weight and your location the prices will vary for shipping out of the country.
Status of my Order
You can always sign in to your bookstore account on our website to see if your order has been processed. If you have logged in as a guest during checkout you can call 206-592-3225 or e-mail [email protected].
- When calling please have your order confirmation number on hand.
- Send an e-mail to [email protected] if you would like to find the current status of your order.
Note for In-store Pickup
All website orders will be processed within two days during peak periods during normal business hours* excluding weekends and holidays (provided items are in stock). Once an order has been processed you will be able to come to Building 8, Mt. Skokomish to pick up your online order during our open store hours.
If you are purchasing only an access code online, the bookstore will e-mail the access code directly to your e-mail. We will send the physical access code to you if you have purchased other items online as well.
You will not be charged for shipping for access code purchases only.
